Every team is full of different working styles, communication preferences, and ways of making decisions. In our experience, most of the friction inside teams doesn’t come from a skills gap. It comes from people who don’t yet understand how they, or the people around them, are wired to work.
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool built on decades of research into personality and behaviour. Using a simple, memorable colour-based model, it helps your people understand their own strengths, blind spots and communication style, and just as importantly, how to read and adapt to everyone else’s.
We use Insights Discovery in two ways:

Every delegate on Developing Professional Excellence and Developing Leadership Excellence completes an Insights Discovery profile at the start. It becomes the personal lens the rest of the programme is built around, so the skills being taught land against real self-awareness, not generic theory.
As a standalone team workshop
You don’t need to commit to a full programme to benefit from it. If you want to strengthen how an existing team works together, resolve recurring friction, or simply help colleagues understand each other better, Insights Discovery can be delivered as a focused session in its own right.
